as 4 million shares in reserve said to offer 1 million shares to buy MMJ to get the revenue interesting because if you look at harvest one revenue projection in 2020 it’s equal to Blackmores so 

1 million in scripts shares buys a lot of revenue for then plus they are a retailer and sell organic vitamins very possible ... run the numbers make sense 

163 million for MMJ or .75 a share
