RE:RE:The Street cannot ignore HSE for much longer ...Scottie, I hesitate to respond to your posts ... it gives the illusion of creditability to your allegations.  I agree with you that analysts or institutional investors look at a variety of factors, including transactions by insiders, in arriving at their positions.  Would you agree with me that no analyst or institutional investor is buying the conspiracy you are selling?

So, having responded, let me address your newest allegation.  INK Research has provided the most recent insider analysis that I am aware of.  They identify transactions by CEO, CFO, Officers, and Directors.  As of today, the most recent transaction I am aware of is a sale was by Nancy Foster, it settled on Oct 30th, was a public market sale for 2,116 shares, settling at the price of $16.53.  This sale appears to have netted out Ms. Foster's holdings to of HSE stock to zero from her previous 13 purchases in Q2 and Q3 combined.

Ms. Foster holds the position of Senior VP of Human Resource at Husky, an 'officer' for purposes of insider trading.  I personally do not know Ms Foster, but a quick review online suggests she joined Husky in 1984, has worked for >30 years, and does not sit on any boards. 30 years working anywhere should entitle you to a healthy retirement plan - and I suspect a smart woman such as Ms. Foster who is able to climb to the highest rungs of the corporate ladder is planning just that in the near future.   Frankly, it would not be surprised me that after 30 years of participating in the corporate share program that Ms. Foster unwound 10,000s of shares in the months to come.

It is irresponsible and misguided to view these transactions from the perspective that management, as insiders, are exiting their positions because HSE is a house of cards.  I enjoy a fictional read as much as the next guy, but Scottie please comment with some new material – or keep your posts to factual statements supported by third party sources.

No doubt this post will incite you to post multiple replies.  I apologize in advance to all other readers.
