DATA is expected to close its BOLDER transaction on or near November 10th. I would think the company is looking to report its Q3 financials and host its conference call after the close (so that management would be in a better position to comment on the transaction). I wouldn't read too much into "when the company is reporting" (unless its Friday, after the close). 

I think we're going to get a decent EBITDA quarter - above $5 million. EPS will likely be negative due to restructuring. But I am becoming increasingly confident that DATA is positioning itself for $22 million to $25 million in EBITDA next year.
