RE: tvlWhat difference does it make who said what? The reality is that the media in US and Canada provides the direction to the people and not the other way round. So people will not be interested in V-Chip, unless media tells them that it is good for the viewers and they are not going to do that as it is not profitable for the media and big corporations.
It's a catch-22 situation. IMHO
