RE:RE:fastlane and fishbeecee

RE:RE:fastlane and fishbeeceeA lot of slogans there Pruneface. Nah, they don't always share my view - they have done good work. I understand now though. You are trader thinking its investing. I am in investor. My portfolio is never stationary when there is a loss to trim, or time to raise some cash. Otherwise its solid. Its pretty simple, and its really quite serene not having to have my nose pressed up on my screen, watching minute by minute price action. To each his own yes. But please don't pretend to know me or my portfolio enough to be as unkind and critical as you are. Stay off the bottle. GL DD

To each his own. Just because you 'large retailers' think in one (narrow) direction doesn't mean it's exclusive or even correct. The reason you think it's 'awfully nice' to read their posts and Smitty walks on water is because they share your view. They'll fit in fine at your love-in. However, there is more than one way to skin a cat. Of course it takes experience, objectivity, agility and guts to play the trade game, so rookies and 'portfolio builders' don't play or are likely to get burned. Get to the party early and don't be the last to leave.
