Global Atomic Corp T.GLO

Alternate Symbol(s):  GLATF

Global Atomic Corporation provides a combination of high-grade uranium mine development and zinc concentrate production. It has two principal lines of business: the processing of electric arc furnace dust (EAFD) obtained from steel companies in Turkiye through a Waelz kiln process to recover zinc concentrates that are then treated by zinc smelters (EAFD Business); and the acquisition, exploration and development of uranium properties in Niger (Uranium Business). Its Uranium Division is developing the fully permitted, large, high grade Dasa Deposit. Dasa is a high-grade sandstone-hosted deposit with mineralization across a range of horizons from Jurassic to Carboniferous in age. Its Base Metals Division holds a 49% interest in the Befesa Silvermet Turkey, S.L. (BST) Joint Venture, which operates a modern zinc recycling plant, located in Iskenderun, Turkiye. Its joint venture partner, Befesa Zinc S.A.U. (Befesa) holds a 51% interest in and is the operator of the BST Joint Venture.

RE:RE:RE:Deal is signed

RE:RE:RE:Deal is signedI have to admit, I was never crazy about investing in any part of Africa...

But I was assured that it is an exceptional uranium deposit...

Also, I trust SR, I've made a lot of money on him twice before in the past 2 decades...

But still, I never wanted to set foot anywhere in any of these banana republics.

Once before, a long long time ago, as as a Rookie I invested in an African Gold stock, and I learn't my lesson... After you take out all the Government corruption, permitting fees, etc and Black economic empowerment agreements, there is little left to run a profitable company...
