ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:What does a 38% premium look like?

RE:What does a 38% premium look like?It is pretty normal to see a SP boxed as it advances and in the case of Sabina's advanced, derisked (almost....Minister....) stable jurisdiction with a growing deposit getting closer to becoming a mine a simple ratio does not work in my view.  Each and every takeover/under deal has different conditions and therefore ratios/numbers.  I think $3.13 is low in this case.  $3.50 seems a better fit or as jump has suggested $4 would be even more welcome.  Time will tell but in this case I am comfortable with the box appearing because this to me, shows growing interest in a takeout.
