RE:RE:Who Pays The Break Up Fee If This Goes SouthHard to believe that people gave away their shares around $1.60. Perhaps Scientific Games will speed up the process to beat the 4 Dec deadline. 

Understandably William Hill doesn't want to lose $50 million and likely considers that NYX is a valuable acquisition that they view as being undervalued. Messy in the short term but  it should certainly be worth more than it's trading at right now. All IMHO of course. GLTA
