It's too funny for words. There is absolutely no way that Wm.Hills announcement is not bullish. They are willing to take a $40million immediate loss to take a larger stake in a company that was being bought out for an amazing discount. They forcing a higher bid. Failing that, they will kill the takeout and buy it themselves.
