This was a very smart move by management. As i said in previous posts, company did not have money for the acquisition and ramp up of business. So, doing it this way in a global distribution deal has more or less the same desired impact. Now, management only needs a pp for business and withy the stock just over ten i think they will announce that asap. My bet would be about 20 million shares and warrants at this time. I really don't think that will hurt the stock as the reason it really can't move much higher at this point is in fact because they are undercapitilzed. Great news and looking forward to a very promising 2018
