Not that we can say definitively that everything is going smoothly, but they haven't said otherwise so saying so is just speculation.

There was a comment recently I think from one of the aussie miners (can't find it right this second sorry) but it basically said that other juniors should stick to mining and sending spodumene to China for refinement. The challenge of refining is not worth the headache. The fact that NMX is even producing hydroxide is significant.
