Great post ICUM. Interesting numbers. If you slap a p/e of 18 (due to 18% growth) on the USD $96 million earnings then you get a $1.7 billion valuation on the airport - suspiciously close to the ($200 million for 10% =) $2 billion Watsa "overpaid" for the additional 10%. Fairfax knows what it is worth!
