These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:HBC. caught Napping I'm not impressed with how HBC management is handling the corporation but on the other hand Litt seems to be all talk and no action, he surfaced 5 months ago and has accomplished nothing. Litt has been yapping about calling a special meeting and replacing the BOD but as a shareholder since May 2017 I've had no direct communication from Litt. Come on Litt, sh!t or get off the pot.
