RE:RE:RE:The Current BoardI agree with Rad10. No sympathy for Cinven, and I am not confident that they will apply any pressure. On their website they bragged right after the AmCo deal was done that they made 3.5 times their investment BEFORE any future consideration. I do not know if that 3.5 figure included their shares in Concordia, which have of course dropped precipitously, but, even if it did, they still made a killing.
I think that they have moved on.
