Actually, the buyback is reported on INK's Morning Insider every day after they buy back. I only post here when PTG either stops or seems to stop buying back and when PTG starts buying or seems to start buying back again. If I posted every day they bought back shares, which is more than a few times since I last posted it would get very boring. Besides, I assume that everyone has the same access to the Morning Insider that I have. My source is the Reports section of TD Waterhouse, my discount broker (webbroker > research > reports). I also assume that other brokers provide access to the same report, amongst other reports; I'd be very surprised if they don't. Maybe you're right and they only file periodically on SEDI; I haven't checked there so if that's the case, beg your pardon.
