I agree Trig and I would sooner have the company fixing the problem, rather then issuing PR to cover themselves.  Clearwater clealy has the future in sight when they immediately got a partnership with 13 Indigenous communities and submitted an application to get the new 25% quota by working together.  This will mitigate any effect on CLR if they are successful. 

In terms fo materiality, 25% of CLR share would be about $7.7 million according to CLR annual report against overall sales of $612 million or about 1.2% of total sales.  I guess that is an important amount but its not material, especially if they mitigate it with a partnership that will likely restore at least 50% of the top line revenue.
