RE:Dilution has negative value , expect 0.10-0.12just come out and say, you are hope'n to buy the shares at 10 cents.   The only problem for you is the new financing sets the floor at 12 cents.  Will take some really bad news to drop below 12 cents.  Good luck mtgfree1.
