Wilks Factor

The spread between CFW and TCW is due to the "Wilks" Factor. CFW shareholders are waiting for the bomb to drop on what Wilks will do in regards to the break-up of CFW. Hoping for a positive outcome from a CFW break-up is risky in my mind but as always, high risk - high reward. TCW is the save bet and the recent pull-back was expected.
