Rights Issue is my take

Rights Issue is my takeMy take is that WH are p1szed off about not keeping what they currently have in terms of software, regional access to certain markets, and whatever else they currently have but will not have post buy-out. Bottom line being current buy-out is not structured to WH liking thus they are pushing back where they can. What happens next is: 1) Deal terms change and deal closes at 2.40. 2)Deal terms stay as currently structured leading to likely death of the deal. I not see another bid coming, not from WH and not from anyone else. I am retail and sold at 2.35 as soon as the deal was announced. Not that my opinions tend to be right, neverlheless, I think the deal goes thru at 2.40 hence I gonna pick some shares up tomorrow. Maybe 5000 shares which is a heck of a lot lower share count I sold. GLTA. If the deal fails and stock drops, that turns my position into a long term hold which I might then add to. Retail thinking at its best.
