And in this case...the "stay out" <> "bad investment", it's because it's "out of [their] scope". Low volume/low price and/or whatever - doesn't meet their tracking criteria.
By the time CanadaBulls tells you to buy you might be too late. The price will jump from 5 to 8 cents and you'll see that their buy signal was triggered at 5 cents....so you buy at 8. The next day, the price will drop to 6 cents and you'll see how much money you would have made had you sold at 9 when CanadaBulls virtually did.
You're down $25 on your $100 investment but CanadaBulls' history shows that had you done what they recommended, you'd up up $80.
