Join us or buy usSignificantly weakens WH's position to vote against because gain is now much smaller. WH can vote for the acquisitio or make their own offer, but voting against and holding on will have low value as it would be value destructive for WH and NYX and not give WH the rights it wants.
Law suit is pure posturing / has almost 0% chance of moving forward beyond 3 months.
