Don't think deal is dead but what nyx are saying if even if the william hill get their shares converted (which they are clearly fighting) and block the deal, NYX is not going to have much of relationship with them going forward and the new redheaded stepson is Scientiffic whether the deal gets approved or not.
So only leaves William Hill two options, one take their 80 million pounds back or make an offer of their own but do it quick because Nyx is moving ahead with scientific.
