That makes it even worse, as these scumbags were borrowing those shares from the retail investors that were buying into what they thought was a legitimate offer.
Not only are those retail folks going to lose their shirts, the scumbags who shorted are going to profit on those borrowed shares.
I hope there is an investigation into those who shorted, as they literally had 3 hours to figure out this was a scam, find shortable shares within the brokerages, short the stock, and sell those shares into the market in order to take advantage of those 1/2 million shares shorted before the second halt was announced.
Sounds like inside working to me in order to pull that off, but I guess a million dollars plus is worth the risk to some of these pric s.

Let's not forget the Regulator, in this case the ASC for allowing this fraud to continue. In my opinion, the ASC is purposely allowing these frauds to occur and whoever shorted this on the last day of trading fully knew that!
