Yes, this is great news for customers of Loblaw's. Much more convenient and flexible. One App for your phone.
I also note the addition of self-serve check out terminals to Shoppers in many locations. And people seem to be using them, freeing staff for other duties.
Undervalued situation requiring some patience. The Amazon effect is very overestimated IMHO.
Hopefully it means freeing staff of their duties (salaries).
