My very rudimentry assumption would put FFH average just < $5.

Can't see the Trust converting for less than $10, and/or; some sort of future high dividends understanding. The Trust is aging and should be so embarrased that any face saving escape hatch should look good. ( eg: Mr. H gets to stay as Honourary Chair )

As time passes; better scenarios will be considered.
Don and Media may have some very astute forecasts to mull over!
