RE:Quebec Should have pushed 4 cstI think it's too early for that. CST's Q4 2017 MD and A suggests that they are not ready for prime time: "The prime focus in the short term will be to leverage the Corporation’s internal R&D focus and efforts in view of advancing the Corporation’s technology towards commercial readiness." 

This makes sense because we know that they are still working on scaling up the tech for large emitters. As of now, they have a 30tpd solution and it too must not be quite ready to promote, otherwise I would hope to see them selling it off their website.
