2. Management has 15 plus years med mj experience
3. LOI with pharma choice
4. New oil facility costing 10m can produce 12 million bottles of oil
5, Michigan facility is currently growing fruit trees and is 35 square miles underground
6. The tight share structure of course
7. Slow cash burn with break even ebitda

catalysts

1. Pharmaceutical distribution authorized by Health Canada
2. Removal of mj from schedule 1 in the USA .
3. Big pharma coming into the market

patience with this one is required as it’s a value play and not a hype one
