About 9 million in float, but ....

On 12/15 or so the PP shares of about 7 million become freely trading and the warrants are another 7 million.

So the 9 million can become 23 million really quickly in about a month (warrants exercise at 10 cents, PP was at 7 cents or so)

The key is to get enough traction to keep price up. It is in KRs interest to make sure that happens as he will need to the warrant exercise for 700k in new capital.

We cannot just die with no news for the next month or we will get slammed.

But there were some major players coming in Friday and I think some people have a hint of what is going on so I expect a bit more news soon.

The other positive is a much slower burn rate shell vs a high burn rate business is always a plus.

With the right news now before 12/15 this thing can really fly.
