I think they can but would also be restricted stock until the 12/15 date (I think that is the lock up date)..

So what happens is most people wont do that now, because they are not sure what would happen with the stock price even though it looks great now.

I am sure the plan has to be to keep the stock at these levels or higher to get that money in. My biggest worry is the thing flies, the stock comes loose then KR issues more stock in a new PP and once again it becomes a management and consulting paying stock with no real business.

Hopefully the new board advisor can assist in getting something moving along a bit better. Even that Mezzi deal for 2 million in stock we cant trade makes no sense. Maybe get 500k cash for it, people buy businesses that spent millions on growing a brand. But lots of craziness with the sales needs to be explored.
