Kirkland Lake could acquire Artemis

Kirkland Lake could acquire Artemis
if Kirkland Lake made an offer such as the flowing Offer 15 cents per share of ARV plus 1 share of Kirkland Lake for 20 shares of ARV. Let ARV retain ownership of Radio Hill plus the Oscar Wit tenements Kirkland Lake has 210 million cash on hand. Such an offer would give ARV shareholders some immediate cash and also continued ownership of the Wits 2.0 saga. They would also receive a rich value for their shares. This deal would give ARV shareholders more than twice the value of the Friday Nov. 10 valuation . Artemis shareholders would also benefit from the bonanza grade Fosterville Kirkland Lake mine and the mature technical and management expertise of Kirkland Lake. David Lenigas could continue to run a scaled down version of a Pilbara operation in a spin out company. Such an offer would make the most sense before Christmas. If bonanza grade assays show up in the first bulk sample results from Novo , the Artemis share price may very well rise beyond Kirkland Lake ' s potential grasp. Such a deal would be a win win for all concerned.
