RE:RE:any update?Crazy question...but if all the directors scuttled off, where is this so-called "special" committee that was supposedly set up to:
"investigate the process, and the decisions and actions of the Trustees and the Greenland government, to determine if legal action is appropriate. To adequately defend the interests of shareholders, the Company has engaged Danish counsel Skau Reipurth & Partners to address the bankruptcy Trustees with respect to the TGX's concerns and to formally solicit responses to unanswered questions posed by the Company's Board of Directors."
According to the latest interim reports, the company spent a whopping $1,259.00 Cdn on legal fees. The rates lawyers charge nowadays, that must have been a chargeable half hour phone- call. Something smells fishy. I don't like it.
