Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Probably fake news

Hello, I don't hold TLT but following it for awhile. Just a story from a similar stock IMV. This happened over a year ago with IMV where a fake news story about a buyout circulated on the wire and the stock shot up. IROC halted the stock and REVERSED all the trades for that time frame once the new was admitted to be fake (company confirmed no material change). Sorry to say here this smells the same stink. The heading of the news release would NOT include words like "super" from a legitimate scientific release.
