We should see some +++ news before NOT and RCF have to revisit financing mid-2018.

Hopefully the +++ news will also attract the $$$ backing sitting on the sidelines.

Smelter and/or road will be key announcements.

My ±1 cent thought today but hoping for +nickel in the near future ;)
