Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

California alone is a bigger market than Canada and Florida is a big state as well.
So these relationships and acquistions in the U.S. could put them on top of the weed game but then again it could be their downfall? I understand they are violating a TSX rule in regards to operating in areas that are federally illegal by the U.S.
Looks like Canopy Growth is taking a shot across their bow with a company staff notice saying such. Any thoughts or concerns for long share holders?
