The news was released today, you weren't able to find any indication of a Mozambique tender prior to todays news either, which apparently dates back to when you were a long last year.  You also didn't find any indication of the Pakistan tender that was awarded to Authentix.  

I know your patience for this situation ended, but I think one can objectively take this contract as affirmation that things are happening at SICPA that we will not be able to find until they are completed and announced publicly.....and their could even be covert fuel marking programs that won't be publicly disclosed after they're deployed.
