Artemis Resources Limited is gold copper and lithium focused resources company. It holds three projects in Western Australia, including Carlow Castle gold-copper-cobalt project in the West Pilbara; Paterson Central project in the Paterson Province (located adjacent to Greatland Gold / Newcrest’s recent gold-copper discovery at Havieron, and Osborne joint venture in the West Pilbara. It seems hard to imagine it happening at this point and time, especially when Novo's drill results will soon be at hand, and ARV's sp could move into the dollar range ... but in business (where its dog eat dog) anything is possible ... and I've learned to expect the unexpected in stock trading during my last 20 years of investing ... I've witnessed stranger business deal to be honest - some that make little to no sense but end up working in the end.

My model of $1.2/sh US (lower end of estimate) would only give ARV a market cap of $664M US. Compare that to a KL market cap of nearly $3B US ... and pending on drill results KL's market cap could easily jump to $4B US worth in a heart beat (@$20/sh).

I think that i'm well within reason to believe that ARV shareholders can easily fetch well over $1/sh in prper buyout conditions. KL would still stand to gain if the resources can be proven to be or higher higher than 10gr of gold per ton.
