At the end of the day

At the end of the day
If you've got money riding on Crius I'll make a basic assumption that you are aware of the class action lawsuits including not just Crius, but  other energy resellers regarding fixed and variable pricing in various jurisdictions. Any thoughts moving forward if these cases are being settled. Are future revenues/margins at risk? Distribution at risk? I don't think I've heard any analysts commenting on this aspect/impact on the business model. For this reason I'm sitting on the sidelines until there is some clarity from the companies. Feedback appreciated.
