All energy retail suppliers offer variable and fixed rates.
Class action lawsuits are part of the business.
After their last results they were confident about resolving these issues.
AfterJE's rsults everybody was aware of the risks and people did play safe and sold. That is why the unit price was knocked down. I do not expect Crius to do as badly as JE. Even if they slip a bit, they have the financial capacity to regain balance. 
From tomorrow market will look beyond Q3 results.
Analysts will have a field day and will come up with some new target prices.
