RE:News pending

RE:News pendingHopefully EPA can get through the comments and assessment before the end of the year and provide a determination by the first of next year.   There were several hundred thousand comments, but I suspect a lot were just simply pro and anti withdrawal statements.

Many on this bullboard are expecting a partnersip announcement this week for whatever reason, again based on selfish reasons.  If there is no announcement this week they will make-up yet another time frame, again based on unverifiable speculation.

Maybe the the withdrawal determination has no significance regarding NDM’s “new mine plan” which may or may not be the plan submitted to the Corps.  Even with a withdrawal, mining below the groundwater table and exposing sulfides for leaching heavy metals into the post-mining pit lake and possible hydrologic connection to surface water will be interesting to evaluate.

There is no current news or project advancement to date.  Just the continued hiring of weak management and needless spending of shareholder money.

The AlphaGroup contingency, including the TGs’ and Dum, as well as other self-serving posters will continue, as they have, to not recognize or acknowledge how badly management has screwed-up this project and wasted shareholder investment.

Pray for a new contolling partner.
