RE:RE:RE:At the end of the dayYes, management is definitely signaling an end to the litigation, with no more surprises.  By noting the drop in legal fees, they even addressed the concerns of some analysts who pointed to the high legal fees in previous quarters as a reason for caution. 

The cool summer did not have near the affect on Crius earnings as on those of Just Energy.  As an aside, JE wouldn't be that bad if it didn't have so much debt. But now that it has the debt, it is, at best, a trading stock. I owned JE a few years ago and I kept it on a very short leash. Not worth the hassle any more.

Manageable debt, increasing customers, a dividend yield of approx 9.5% and yet trading near the levels of one year ago.  I would call this a buy here.
