RE:RE:Insider Trading reports through TD & INK Insider Trading33:
From Sedi I found the following info:
Insider filings were dated Nov 11/17
Rights exercised, shares acquired and shares sold were transacted on Nov 6/17
Exercise prices ranged from $1.23 to $2.87
Common shares would appear to have been sold en bloc at $1.5089
There were 11 senior officers who have filed on SEDI. I have summarized the common share activity for the top 5:
Officer Acq via Rights Exercise Avg Cost Sold Inc in Holding .
Laurin 1,131,795 . 1.86 . 1,131,795 -
Pritchard . 423,305 1.89 207,818 215,387
Sartore . 343,657 . 1.88 343,657 -
Moran 185,863 1.73 - 185,863
Gagnon 181,387 1.78 144,656 36,731
Some tax planning perhaps behind the decision to exercise and sell?
I am not fussed about this activity. These execs have alot of $$$ tied up in PLI. Timing not the best since shorters could work this into their "plan" I suppose.
But someone bought 1.9 million shares and paid 1.5089 per share last week. Hmm. Did we trade their last week?
