RE:When the takeovers start this is going to get really ...PUF is trying to become a global leader aswell. And Austrialia is PUFS deal, they brought MYM in on it. Dont think a buyout in the cards at the moment and MYM certainly doesnt have the funds to do that at the moment. Either way PUF is going up. MYM sellers buying in..
TopMJplays wrote: interesting for sure. With the recent melt up for many producers, how long until the smaller players start to consolidate to be able to compete? Sure, PUF is partnered with WEED. But not all smaller plays are partnered so I can see the incentive for those whose share price has run up to start putting others in play. WEED took out Bedrocan and Mettrum the last time there was a decent run up. APH, LEAF, and ACB (especially) are looking for sure. WEED doesn't need cash after the $250mill injection, but the others are likely being swamped with offers for bought deals so it's only a matter of time before the top is blown off this party.
There isn't talk of this yet, but I can see PUF being bought out. Why would MYM not try to take full control of the Aussie expansion? With a market cap of less than $30 mill, MYM could do it at $60 mill and shareholders here would sell IMO. That would put the offer at around $1.20-1.30/share.
Any one else see another good dancing partner? (Ignoring the obvious WEED buyout for cash.)
