RE:undervalued situationI thought this was going to be a nice find and got out at over 5 not because of the lawsuit but because no analysts follow it.  There is no sense in this.  as ceo, your job is to sell the company to analysts and nothing has been done.  I just felt something shady was going on so I bailed.  Too bad though cause I thought I had found a winner.
