RE:Does anybody look at market cap for the sector there will be way too much capacity. our (north american) market will be way over regulated.
Does anyone think central american/south american companies will be regulated? No, they will plant a field harvest and smoke it.
One will have to buy those which will survive......look to the best, and probabley biggest, IMO.
