Earnings Look Good On Surface Waiting For WH Response

Interesting Earnings.  Looks reasonably good on the surface.  I don't know if it will make a difference given the situation right now.  However even if things fall through with the buyout, NYX is still on a growth trajectory and should attract other attention.

Speaking of the deal falling through... I am still waiting for the WH legal response to NYX's move late last week.  I suspect NYX moved the vote back a couple of weeks anticipating a bit of a jugger knot on this.
