RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:EarningsStock has been terrible mismanaged. Terrible price action. Just the fact they released earnings on a Friday evening is enough for me to question their qualifications. Never in 20 years have I seen a high profile company release earnings on a Friday evening. The founders certainly haven't helped. Bottom line, if you can't raise AUM in these conditions something is wrong. Add to that a portfolio manager is leaving and will probably take a bunch of clients with her. One hopes they have some non compete clause to avoid this but who knows. Also, astonishing dividend yield is a sign of increasing risk.
