Short Position Being Opened

Looks to me like Magna Partners is opening a fairly substainal short today.
I could be wrong but thats what I'm seeing.
They bought 65,000 shares in 2015; all of which have been sold since then.
Not seeing where the 100k+ shares are coming from which leads me to believe theyre opening up a big short position.
