Just discovered CRHM and added today

What has happened to this stock? Why the hug esell off from $9? FCFs look good, 2018 change rates for Medi has been updated and no longer an unknown issue. CEO has stated no diluting to share holders and they are buying back 10% of float which will reduce outstanding shares from 74 Mil to 64 mil. What gives here? Many funds have added last few Qs but short interest has increased. Price target shave been lowered on the last few Qs by analysts following and covering this stock. But @ $1.5 this is insane. Its at book value
