RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Modesto's Incorrect FactsGreat post.  I've never considered local economies of scale. How does that work generally? So if CRH assembles a threshold of density in one city, does that give them negotiating power vs. the commercial payor because CRH can take its business to another payor?
