Yes sadly they ran up the price, and might do so even more to like $8.
Then you get 3 shares to get the agreed $24
Then when ACB goes back to $3 due to dilution by the time the deal closes, you will get $3 x 3 = $9
So no wonder it is hostile..
They are paying half price.. lol
